Refund Policy

All purchases of LiftmyCV products and services, including pay-as-you-go bundles, subscription plans, and other credits, are final and non-refundable. Because Lifts are consumable digital credits that trigger costs (such as OpenAI API usage, hosting, and third-party processing fees) at the time of purchase or use, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, whether for used or unused Lifts or for active subscriptions.

All new users receive 3 free Lifts at signup to test and evaluate LiftmyCV before making any purchase. These trial Lifts allow you to experience the service and confirm that it meets your needs. Because a free trial is provided, refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with the service if it is functioning as described. Users are expected to evaluate LiftmyCV using the free trial prior to purchasing additional Lifts or subscriptions.

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited situations:

• Duplicate charges caused by a billing error.
• Delivery issues on LiftmyCV’s side, such as Lifts not being added to the account or a subscription not being activated after payment.
• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions verified by Stripe.

• Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged.
• Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their LiftmyCV account settings, which will redirect them to Stripe to complete the cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle the user to a refund of past payments.
