Our uniqueness comes from going beyond design craft. As we wrote in our manifestos - Strategic Design - Manifest and Strategic Design - The Future of Design - design craft is only 10% of success . The other 90% - the Invisible 90% - is about navigating politics, aligning stakeholders, and protecting fragile visions until they reach reality. That’s why we’re building the discipline of Strategic Design - and we want you to be part of it. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including direct cooperation with the business owner, and become the person connecting the business context with day-to-day product decisions. The long-term plan is for you to transition directly to the client's organization after the initial collaboration period and continue owning and developing the mobile product from within the business. This is a strong fit for someone who combines hands-on mobile product experience, analytical thinking, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to quickly understand a new business domain. Scope of Services Taking an active product role in building and launching a mobile application. Building a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, users, and operational context. Working directly with key stakeholders and the business owner. Defining and prioritizing features, user journeys, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Using product data, business insights, and user feedback to support product decisions. Identifying dependencies, risks, and open questions that may affect product development. Supporting the product launch and its further development based on real user and business needs. Gradually taking increasing ownership of the mobile product and its business context. Preparing for long-term ownership and development of the application within the client's organization. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who has: At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a comparable digital product role. Proven experience in managing and developing mobile applications. This is a must-have for this role. Experience working on a mobile product through at least several stages of its lifecycle, ideally including development, launch, and further growth. A strong understanding of mobile user journeys, usability, engagement, retention, conversion, and product analytics. Experience working closely with UX/UI designers and mobile development teams. Experience in food, foodtech, HoReCa, retail, delivery, or a closely related consumer-facing industry. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and business context when making product decisions. The ability to understand business needs and translate them into concrete product actions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Confidence in working directly with senior business stakeholders or business owners. The ability to quickly understand a new business domain and build strong domain knowledge. Independence, ownership, strong self-organization, and a proactive approach. Very good Polish and good English. Availability for regular onsite cooperation in Warsaw. Openness to transitioning to a long-term role directly within the client's organization after approximately 12 months. Nice to Have Experience developing consumer-facing mobile products with frequent user interaction. Experience taking a mobile application from development through launch and subsequent growth. Experience with mobile product analytics, funnels, retention, engagement, or experimentation. Experience working in an agency, consultancy, software house, or embedded product team. Experience working in a founder-led or family-owned organization. What We Offer as Part of the Collaboration Approximately 12 months of B2B cooperation with Flying Bisons while building and launching a mobile product for our client. A clear long-term perspective, with the planned transition to the client's organization after the initial collaboration period. The opportunity to participate in building a new mobile application and then continue developing it over the longer term. The opportunity to become deeply involved in the business and gradually take ownership of a key digital product. Direct cooperation with decision-makers on the client side. Close cooperation with experienced specialists from product, design, technology, research, and analytics. A role with real influence on both the initial development and long-term direction of the product. Hybrid cooperation in Warsaw, with approximately 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week. Growth Product Manager
HybridAllswell is building the leading mental health company for the LGBTQ+ community. Affirming, high-quality care is still hard to find and harder to afford, and we are fixing that with a specialized clinical model, technology that makes our clinicians more effective, and insurance coverage that puts real care within reach. The clinical outcomes are strong, and the growth is fast. Since launching, we have served hundreds of clients across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, in-network with Medicaid and major commercial plans in all three. 79% of clients report reduced depression, and 72% report reduced anxiety after 60 or more days of care. We are expanding our services and footprint quickly, and building the team to match. Backed by leading healthcare and impact investors, we have the runway to do it right. About the role As Allswell's Growth Product Manager, you'll report directly to our CTO and own the product experiences that turn patient and provider demand into facilitated care. On the patient side, you’ll own the journey from ad impression to attending the first session. You’ll make it easy for the right patient to understand what we offer, figure out their insurance coverage, complete intake, find the right therapist, and get a session on the calendar. On the therapist side, you’ll own the experience that takes a therapist from signing up to being ready for their first patient. That includes credentialing, insurance enrollment, licensing, compliance, and scheduling availability. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of product, growth, and operations. You’ll identify the biggest constraints in the system, figure out what’s causing them, build solutions, and measure whether those solutions actually help more people get into care. What you'll own Patient intake experience: Own the end-to-end journey from landing to booked first session, including landing pages, onboarding and intake flows, insurance eligibility UX, therapist discovery and matching, and scheduling. Make it effortless for the right patient to understand their coverage and get on a calendar. Therapist onboarding experience: Build the portal and flows that take a therapist from sign-up to first-patient-ready, spanning credentialing, insurance enrollment, licensing, compliance, and scheduling availability. Matching and activation: Design the systems that connect newly activated therapist capacity with patient demand, and find where capacity or patients get stuck before care happens. Conversion and instrumentation: Instrument the funnel so you can see where patients and therapists drop off, run experiments to improve those flows, and measure whether changes actually lead to more booked care. What we're looking for 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with significant ownership of a growth or acquisition funnel and measurable revenue or customer impact Extremely analytical: you can move fluidly between a funnel, a cohort analysis, an experiment, and the underlying product system Strong product judgment: you know when to optimize an existing flow and when the system underneath it needs to change Comfortable owning ambiguous problems end-to-end, from identifying the constraint to shipping the solution and measuring the result Excellent communicator who can work effectively across engineering, marketing, clinical, and operations teams Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus What we'd love to see Experience building growth at a consumer, marketplace, healthcare, or other operationally complex company Experience connecting advertising spend to downstream revenue, activation, or customer outcomes rather than optimizing to top-of-funnel metrics alone Experience building 0-to-1 product and operating without a playbook A deep curiosity about both sides of the marketplace: what patients need to get into care and what therapists need to become productive and successful A passion for transforming how LGBTQ+ people access affirming, insurance-covered mental health care Why you'll like working at Allswell The mission: We are building the definitive mental health company for the LGBTQ+ community, and the work changes clients' lives. The scope: You’ll own a critical growth engine across acquisition, patient conversion, therapist activation, and the systems connecting them, with significant ownership from day one. The leverage: You’ll work directly with our CTO and have the opportunity to shape the systems that determine how quickly Allswell can grow. The trajectory: A growing business with strong outcomes and fast expansion, with significant room for broader product leadership as we scale. The benefits: Health, dental, and vision, plus unlimited PTO. The team: A queer-led company that takes the work seriously, moves quickly, and holds a high bar. Allswell is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status, and we especially welcome candidates from the communities we serve.

"For product manager jobs in 2026, the clearer pattern is less about title inflation and more about scope. Teams often sort candidates by the kind of product work they’ve actually owned, from discovery and roadmap tradeoffs to launch execution and cross-functional alignment with design, engineering, and go-to-market partners. I’d expect more traction for PMs who can show judgment in ambiguous product decisions, not just feature delivery or backlog ownership."

How to Land a Product Manager Job in 2026
The clearest applications usually show a lane, not a vague claim to "owning product." If your background leans B2B SaaS, consumer growth, platform, marketplace, or data-heavy product work, name that directly and carry it through your title, summary, and recent experience. A PM application reads better when the reader can quickly place you in a product context with familiar metrics, stakeholders, and tradeoffs.
What matters most is evidence that you can move a product from problem definition to shipped outcome. In practice, that means showing how you framed a user or business problem, prioritized a roadmap, worked with engineering and design, and made calls with imperfect information. Product Manager listings often split between discovery-heavy roles, execution-heavy roles, and platform or technical PM work, so your materials should mirror that split. A growth-oriented PM should highlight experimentation, funnel work, and lifecycle decisions. A platform PM should make APIs, internal tools, system dependencies, and cross-team planning easy to spot.
Your search strategy should be just as specific. Filter Product Manager openings by lane, seniority, and product environment, then apply in clusters where your examples actually fit the brief. A candidate with zero-to-one product launches should not present the same story to a mature platform role and a consumer growth role. In September 2026, a tighter search usually produces better traction than broad PM outreach because the strongest signal is relevance to the product problem the team is already hiring around.
For search flow, LiftmyCV keeps Product Manager listings grouped by fit signals like lane and seniority, which makes it easier to prioritize matching roles and auto-apply across the subset that lines up with your product background.
Required Skills
Resume Tips
For Product Manager roles, your resume should read like a record of product decisions, shipped work, and measurable business results. Lead with roadmap ownership, feature launches, pricing or packaging input, experimentation, and cross-functional work with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams. If you’ve worked in B2B SaaS, consumer apps, marketplaces, fintech, healthtech, or internal tools, name the product area clearly so the scope is easy to place.
Keep tools and methods concrete. Mention SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Figma, A/B testing, user research, backlog prioritization, PRDs, and KPI tracking when they were part of the job. Certifications can help at the margin, but shipped products, adoption metrics, retention gains, conversion lifts, and launch ownership carry more weight than a long list of courses. Cut generic lines about being a people person, strategic thinker, or working well in cross-functional environments unless the bullet proves it.
- A weak bullet for a Product Manager resume is: “Responsible for managing product roadmap and working with stakeholders.”
- A stronger version is: “Owned roadmap for onboarding flow in 2026, partnered with design and engineering to ship 4 releases, and improved activation by 18% through funnel analysis in Amplitude and weekly experiment reviews.”
How to Prepare for Interviews
Product Manager interviews usually test how you think through product decisions, not just how well you can talk about shipping features. For Product Manager jobs, expect case-style prompts such as How would you improve onboarding for a subscription app? or What metrics would you track after launching this feature? Be ready to explain tradeoffs, prioritization, and what success looked like in numbers.
Many Product Manager loops also include execution and collaboration questions. You may be asked to walk through a roadmap decision, handle a disagreement with engineering or design, or respond to a drop in activation, retention, or conversion. Prepare a few examples with clear context, your decision process, the metric you owned, and the outcome.
For 2026 applications, it helps to practice short product cases out loud and review past launches in a structured way: problem, user, constraints, decision, result. If the role leans technical, expect basic system or API discussion. If it leans growth, be ready for funnel analysis and experiment design.
