You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution within your product area — from discovery to pixel-perfect delivery — while bringing an AI-fluent mindset as design tooling evolves. You'll join a lean, high-impact design team of two supporting design across all of CenterWell IT, reporting to the Director, Technology Solutions while aligning on design system and overall standards with the Lead UI Designer. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to solve complex healthcare workflows that reduce cognitive load for care teams and provide clarity for patient care. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end design for assigned product verticals — from discovery through pixel-perfect delivery — including workflow design, information architecture, and interface design for data-dense, human-in-the-loop clinical workflows. Support and contribute to design systems, patterns, and scalable design standards. Present design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and building alignment across teams. Build interactive, high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate complex interactions and validate user flows.
