EDUCATION EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on systems administration experience in a global, multi-site organization. Direct experience supporting Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and ideally Sage Intacct, CommCare, Nexonia, and Dayforce. Experience providing support to remote teams in low-connectivity environments. Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred). Additional IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL) preferred. LANGUAGE SKILLS Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain IT concepts clearly to non-technical staff. PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORK ENVIRONMENT Primarily computer-based work; sitting for extended periods. Minor walking and standing. No significant exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
